You get the price before any work starts. Asking for a quote carries no obligation.
Booking and deposits
If a job needs a deposit, we tell you before we book it.
Cancelling or rescheduling
- To cancel or move a job, call or text us as early as you can.
- If weather or safety makes a repair impossible where the truck sits, we tell you and plan it again with you.
Payment
You approve the final price on site before work starts, and payment is due when the job is finished. If the job changes while we are there, we stop and re-quote before continuing.
Refunds
- A deposit is refunded in full if you cancel before the work starts.
- If we cannot perform a job you have prepaid for, we refund the prepayment in full.
- If a job is stopped part way, you are charged only for the work actually done and any costs already incurred.
If something was missed
If you think something on the agreed repair was missed, call or text us and we will look at it with you. Work that was not part of the agreed repair is quoted separately.
Problems
Call or text (217) 695-6185 as soon as you can after the job. We get back to you as soon as we can and, where something is our fault, we fix it. Please contact us before starting a card chargeback, because a conversation is faster for both of us. Anything we cannot resolve is handled under the disputes section of our Terms of Service.
