1. These terms
These terms apply when you ask us for a quote, book a job or use this website. Booking a job means you accept them. If anything here conflicts with a written quote we give you, the quote wins.
2. Quotes and prices
- A quote is based on what you tell us, any photos you send and what we find at the truck. Asking for one carries no obligation.
- The final price is confirmed with you on site, before work starts. If the job turns out bigger than described, we re-quote before continuing. You can decline at that point.
- Any applicable Florida sales tax is added to the quoted price where the law requires it.
3. Scheduling and access
- When you call, we tell you roughly when we can get to you.
- You, or someone you authorize, must be with the truck or must have arranged access to it, and it must be parked where we can work safely.
4. What you promise us
- You own the truck or trailer, or you have authority to have it repaired.
- You have told us about anything hazardous, including the load, before we arrive.
- You have told us about any load or equipment that must not be touched.
5. Work we decline
We may decline any job we consider unsafe, unlawful or outside our trade, and we will say so rather than start it. We work on heavy trucks and trailers, not passenger cars.
6. Damage and claims
We take care with your truck, your trailer and your load. If something is damaged, tell us within 48 hours with photographs and we will inspect and respond within five business days.
7. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent Florida law allows, our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost time or lost income. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything the law says cannot be limited.
8. Payment
Payment is due when the job is finished, by a method agreed when you book. On unpaid invoices we may recover reasonable collection costs. Cancellations, deposits and refunds are covered in our Quotes, Cancellations & Refunds policy.
9. Photos and reviews
We may photograph the work for our records and insurance and may use photos of the work on this site and our profiles, but we do not publish faces, license plates, company names or anything else that identifies you without your written permission. We welcome honest reviews, good or bad, and we never pay or trade for them.
10. This website
The text and photographs on this site belong to us and may not be copied or scraped without permission. The site is provided for information; it is not a contract and it may change. Links to other sites are for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
11. Disputes and governing law
Florida law governs these terms. If something goes wrong, call us first; most problems are fixed with a conversation and, where needed, a return visit. Anything that cannot be resolved that way is decided in the courts of Florida, including small-claims court for smaller amounts.
